Cancellation Policy
In the event that you would like to RESCHEDULE your appointment, without forfeiting your deposit, you will need to contact me within 3 days of your initial appointment! You will also be given approximately 10 min behind your initial appointment time in which, after, you will have to reschedule. If you have booked a "Color/Colour" service, please note, SophieLocss will Only provide lightners (bleaches) for the service. You will have to provide the colors that you desire! "Adore" brand is preferred! Contact Sophie directly for any other questions or concerns! Cash or Cashapp is accepted at the end of service! Thank you!
