In the event that you would like to RESCHEDULE your appointment, without forfeiting your deposit, you will need to contact me within 3 days of your initial appointment! You will also be given approximately 10 min behind your initial appointment time in which, after, you will have to reschedule. If you have booked a "Color/Colour" service, please note, SophieLocss will Only provide lightners (bleaches) for the service. You will have to provide the colors that you desire!
